I'm not doing so good. Several months ago my doctor and I decided to drop my anti-depressant to half it's dose due to my elevated HR. I think slowly but surely, the depression has returned. Sorry for not staying in touch much lately. Hopefully I'll be back up to snuff soon.

im sorry you are struggling Dianne...depression is nothing to mess with. i hope you and your dr can come up with an alternative way of helping lift you away from it. im here if you need something Ok
