For all of my wonderful friends out there, you are so great that good news has to be shared. My neurologist said that my dizzy spells have nothing to do with the microvascular eschemia. He made that out to be a nothing. He said my dizziness and tipsy feelings are basically a no pain migraine. I had never heard of any such thing. He is putting me on a medication with 2 main side effects that I am sure I can live with. The first one is a slight tingling in the fingers. and the second one is a loss of appetite. Hurray, now maybe I will be able to lose some weight.
Second part of good news is that we are getting a replacement fridge today after we thought we would have to wait until Wednesday. I guess the manager felt sorry for us after I said someone would have to pay for our restaurant bills since we had no food that survived the fridge thawing.
My PC cancelled the face to face on Friday but we will have a phone appointment later in the day. That makes me happy because then I can do my church volunteer work. If I am still at church I can just go in one of the pastors offices and have my appointment.
I am feeling really good right now.
I hope everyone else has as good a day as I have had.

Thank you for sharing your good news. Good things happen to good people and you're one of the finest I know. If people don't think prayers work? I know we've all been praying for you to have a good appointment with your neurologist. And thank God, you did. I've never heard of no pain migraines, but I'm glad that's all they are. And if the medicine can help you lose weight, all the better, seeing that usually we're putting on weight from it.
And then hooray on the new fridge. The manager should feel bad for you. After just doing your food shop and losing all your food after that, you deserve the fridge and all good things that can come your way. You're such a wonderful person, always helping out at the church and I know you love it, but it's karma. Good things happen to good people and you my dear adopted Aunt are one of the best and deserve only good things to happen to you.
