i'm sorry your husband has that kind of sleeping pattern. does he take anything for it b/c lack of sleep creates a domino effect. melatonin maybe. i take that plus an Rx.
i know what you mean about the weather changes, too. a storm system just went through and my aches were so much worse. my heating pad and icy hot are my dear friends right now. i hope you get some relief.
the sky is finally clearing here after a storm through the night. my belly is feeling a bit less stressed. i got some practice for the calligraphy project in yesterday and a few other things, so today is just a continuation of that.
hope everyone can catch a break and, as snailor said last night, a nice glimmer of hope today.
Oh, I just posted under Heather's post. I thought that was morning one, not that it matters,
Grammagus, I have much more pain in cold, damp, wet weather like this morning. Anytime there is a barometric pressure change, my pain changes. The pain dr. and Neurosurgeon both said they've heard this many times that the weather definitely affects the joints.
I'm sorry you're having more pain. That's too bad that they can't adjust your husbands medications so that he could sleep better at night. Being up every 2 hrs is not giving anyone enough sleep. He's not getting enough, and you must be exhausted as well. I hope adjustments can be made there.
Serenity, I'm so sorry you're hurting as well. It looks like a lot of us are in that elevated pain state. I'm with you, the heating pad, even therma care ones you stick on, are my friends. I'm glad your belly is feeling a little better. I'm glad you got some practice in on that project. I have to find something to do.
Anyway, I had little sleep, my back, hip and leg pain is bad from the rain and cold coming in. I'm also dealing with very numb, sore fingers coming from my neck,. It's just so hard to do anything in the a.m. As the day wears on, they'll ease up, but right now, not good.
I'm going to PT today and have few errands to run. After that, its back on the couch for me.
I hope everyone has a low pain day with low stress.
Hugs & love,
