Well one fine day the President of the place paid me a surprise visit. He wanted to see first hand how I handled things. So I was able to show him several duties that I did. This man even took notes of what I was doing and why I was against the latest change. He saw how the change would not work for us. He even told me that he had to take into consideration my branch. When the Board would meet next he was going to speak to them about my branch and how the change would affect us.
Sometimes it is good to fight change. Also, there are times in life that we will have the opportunity to work for a great boss. I was lucky on that one.
