Yes I push the button more than once. It may not make the elevator any faster but it sure makes me feel better.:)

LOL! no if someone has pushed my button I don't even feel the need to push it again! I mean some people sheesh!
I have a phobia of them and hide in the corner with both hands on the railings panting like crazy. Funny when I went to see my epilepsy doc he thought I was having a seizure!

I use my elbow, Serenity, LOL---same reason, my mom as a nurse will still (retired) wipe every doorknob, elevator button, handrail, shopping cart push bar with straight rubbing alcohol! Got her a lot of odd looks---until everyone went nuts with the sanit-wipes and Purell, of course.

And yes, I push more than once, I have no idea why. It's not like the elevator is off on a cofee break and doesn't hear the first "ding ding" of the service bell!

Either had tougher immune systems or caught mroe colds?

BTW, the elevator button where my one doc has his office? It is labeled "Please do not press more than once"!
