I'm not sure what the rules are in here for posting - but I do have a question about this movie.
i watched "Black Swan" last night and wondered what all of the hulla baloo (sp?) was about. I figure it is either a nonsensical emotional drama that was way too obvious to actually make good movie - or possibly I missed the real meaning of it all.
I thought the movie was weird. Usually I'm all for and/or interested in movies with a message - but not this one - and i was wondering how others felt about this movie.

While having to be perfect would drive anyone a little nuts - this movie is just odd, imo. Natalie Portman was thought to be selected as one candidate for an oscar for this movie - and there was a lot of advertising praising the movie so I expected something special. It was awful - so I was just checking it out to see if anyone else saw it that way.
