Instead of Jamie Fox's Jesus declaration of Obama there should be more blacks that stand up for those blacks who don't. The premise is out there Patti and no defense of the contrary is evident.
Heck, if I walk past someone and they're saying "Jesus" or some such thing, I say "No, but close." or "well I'm god to my kids". ((((When I was Christian, I used to say "He's in all of us".....with the same sort of intent.))))
The purpose being to perhaps make the person that's having a bad moment smile.
While at the same time, I try (somewhat unsuccessfully) to teach my kids not to say such things. I'd rather hear them use the S*** word, or D**** words, than references to god. I pick my battles though.
My preference is Mercy, but I too default to the usually ones in Real moments.

I have a feeling if you Google image "Bush flag" you'll see stuff not that far off, pro Bush stuff put over top of the flag

the guy won the election with a very slim margin and a not so high approval rating
that demonstrates he isnt as popular as you, or the op-ed pieces youre reading want to believe
