I heard this today and this is so great. the National Association for the Advancement of Liberal Colored People is suing to prevent the imposition of the soda ban by mayor Bloomberg. oh, liberal group against liberal group. nothing gets better than that. the ban unduly impacts racial minorities as so must be stopped.
I don't really know who to root for in this. I'm against Bloomberg doing this and so I kinda root against him, but hey, I think he has a retort. It's for the kids of course.....

I think Bloomberg should go for broke on this? why stop at the sodas. But why ban the sodas? why not allow them but tax them to pay for our deficit?
I'm just curious. how many big sodas does Hillary drink, or what difference does it make now?

Did you see the reporter Jason Mattera ask Bloomberg why he is going after citizens guns when you sir have1...2...3....4....5....body guards?? And he had a big gulp in his hand and asked him if he wanted a sip? It was funny but then he got stopped not once but twice by cops...
I have a lot of blacks in my family and lol they may give a pass on big gulps but start talking about their homemade mac n cheese and it's war.....
I always thought this move was stupid. The answer is to educate people that large amounts of sugary drinks equals health issues....a fact I think most people already know anyway.
