Really? I hadn't heard a thing about it !
Okay, this is getting ridiculous. I absolutely HATE the stuff stations display in the lower right hand corner of the screen for the entire program.
The logo bug is bad enough, but the secondary events are far worse. Seriously, I don't need to be reminded for a whole 60 minutes there's a new episode of XYZ program airing at 10 PM tonight. This stuff creeps up a good 25 - 30 % into the content, and it's not all that much shaded now. It's quite impossible to ignore.
I want to watch the program I'm watching. In some respects the commercials are almost more relxing than the program, as these extremely annoying logos and events aren't displayed during commercials.
Seriously, I'm paying good money for these channels and the content I want to watch and enjoy.
By the way, anyone out there with Netflix? I've had it a couple of months and I'm thinking of dropping it. They add very little new content.

yes I have Netflix and I drop it and take it up again after they add new content

i don't own a tv...haven't since the mid-nineties, but i do download entire seasons of two programs and watch them. that way i don't have to see the scrolling print and logo shite, and (ughhhh) commercials.
