It has been cold and I have made a new friend that I want to date more! How nice is that? Im thinking its ok!

I am doing okay. The weather here is erratic. Some days are hot and some days are really cold. Time seems to fly. My kitchen faucet is dying so another expense coming up.

I'm enjoying the cooler weather in Florida but still getting over a variety of health type issues. Fell twice and sprained both knees, two tennis elbows from leaning on the walker too much, then a UTI, followed by a cold/flu. Starting to feel a lot better with the exception of my left knee which feels like a tendon is still injured. I use my scooter when it's difficult to stand for any length of time.

This year, I'm back to getting down to my weight goal. Especially since I'm starting to feel so much better.

Koyu, I had a faucet in the kitchen spring a leak recently. I hope you get yours replaced without too much of a cost burden.

Koyu, I had my faucet replaced last summer. I need the bathroom one fixed too. I shlda had him do it but thought I could handke the minor change of replacing handle. Nope! Lorrie, that news sucks!!!!! No more falling! I hope you get to feeling better very soon.

IFaucets here for the kitchen are about 80.00 dollars and then you have to repair for them to install it.

Surprisingly the weather forecast was right! It is indeed snowing here in Japan. It never snows where I live. Beautiful but the trains run late times like this.

Koyu, same here on kitchen faucet, but I found out after attempting it on my own for weeks that it required a professional!!! I tried. I learned things I never knew b4, as simple as turning the hot and cold water off, and the main water off. Took apart the faucet and tried to replace a part after borrowing 4 tools from the neighbor and watching prob 16 hours of youtube videos! Lmao It seems it would be simple but especially if you are in an old house, it's not. It's complicated.

I know how you feel. Years ago, our kitchen faucet broke and we took it apart and try to put it together but because my husband and I didn't know what we were doing, we scratched our faucet and eventually had to replace it. It has been about 10 years so time for a new one I guess. The one thing about living in an old house is that things start to break gradually. Last year, our toilets and this year I may need to replace our stove and vent and the faucet. Oh well!
