There is a brain game on a tv show but I forgot the name. My hubby likes it and thinks it's pretty cool......oh lol....it IS called BRAIN GAMES. Look into it because from what I have heard it is pretty amazing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was with some friends on the weekend and mentioned this puzzle and I created quite the conversation between everyone. I will check on that show you mentioned Beth . I have a feeling that I'm going to have puzzles and brain teasers coming out of my ying yang now with all this help around me.

Google "spot the difference"

I felt not bad yesterday and I started googleing and found that spot the difference along with whole pile of other puzzles etc. Now I've been looking in magazine racks to find a book of them because I can only look at a computer for short periods of time. I tried printing some but it didn't work but I'll try again. I also want it on paper because my wife and I sit together at night and enjoy the evenings together. I could go buy a tablet but I have to really watch my finances now. The cancer affects my eyes and they go wonky after looking at things after short periods of time.

I like games that make you think. I joined luminosity.com. It has a free area you can play and the rest you have to join and do monthly fees. Which I can't pay. Yknott I know what you mean about watching your finances. Why is it that the people with the worst illnesses seem to be the poorest? With all this extra cold weather my gas bill is $385.00 this month. I can not pay that and don't know anyone that could. So I hope it gets warm soon cause it looks like the gas is going to be turned off. Stress is not good for a terminal ill person....is it. Thanks for letting me vent. Love yaw.

They used to have tose 'brain teasers' in the newspaper but no more. It sometimes takes time to find them all and sometimes I cheat and look at the answers.

Well unicorn23 , I don't call that cheating. I call it cheating when you tell somebody you finished the puzzle on your own when you actually looked at the answers first..
Another reason I want these puzzles besides enjoying them myself is that I'm kind of looking into the future. I have 2 grandchildren , 5 month old , 2 year old and 1 is due in May. So when my illness progresses and slows me down , these puzzles will provide some quality time with them. I live in a suburb of Vancouver B.C. and it's called Rain City for a reason , just like Seattle Washington.

Tjat's a good way to look at 'cheating'.

I had fun doing luminosity but not enough to pay. But if you really enjoy doing it it's worth it. I am sure they have books with those, try amazon, they usually have things that are hard to find.

I went to a book store called Chapters and they have them. The books are not cheap though , they average around $14.00 a book. Maybe I'm just getting old and cheap. Doing these kinds of things does provide some quality time in the evening with my wife and I. She enjoys them also which in turn takes her mind off of worrying about me.
