Very sorry to say that he has passed.
He was a member of many boards..
Including this..and the COPD.
I thought you should know.

Oh JC, thank you. I'm so sad to hear of this, but was wondering where Bill was as I hadn't seen him in awhile. I know you're breathing easier now in Heaven Bill. I know you're up there smiling down on everyone here. I know Bill and my mother are breathing better up there than they ever did down here. Rest in peace.
