Hi, this is for the girls here. Have any of you been to the gynecology doctor yet? I had my first appointment 2 weeks ago, it was very very embarrassing. Any other girls who went to theirs have daytime wetting problems??

 I wore a diaper to it, my mom told me to. I was so embarrassed wearing it there. I was so happy and thankful that I managed to keep it dry tho. Once I got there, the nurse took me and my mom back to the exam room. The nurse told me to take all my clothes off except my underwear. Well....I wasn't wearing underwear, I was wearing a diaper!! I wad so embarrassed! I didn't say anything and neither did my mom. She handed my a gown that was more like a long shirt. She closed the door and my mom told me to get undressed but leave my diaper on. So I did that and put the gown on over my head. My mom told me she already told the doctor about my bladder problems. OMG, I almost died wondering what they talked about. 

Well, my mom told me to sit on the exam table so I did. She came over in front of me and lifted the gown up over my stomach. She told me to undo my diaper but stay sitting on it. I was about to die but I did it. She then told me to push the front of my diaper a little into my crotch in case I had to pee. When the doctor came in, I was ready to cry. Here I was sitting there on the edge of the table on my diaper!! We started to talk about a lot if things, including my bladder problems. He looked down at my diaper but didn't say a lot about it except that he asked if my accidents were that bad that I needed diapers. I said kinda but my mom said yes, that some were pretty bad. Well, he told me to lay back and lift my bottom up. As I did that he slid my diaper out which totally embarrassed me!! Next he told me what the exam was and what he would do. I played back and he lifted my legs into the hook things, I was crying a little bit but trying so hard not to fully cry a ton of tears. 

It was the worst day I had in a while!! Is wearing a diaper to these appointments normal??? I begged my mom to let me wear a pull up bit she said no. 

After the appointment which was super embarrassing, I had to wear the diapers the rest of the day. The speculum, that spreader thing that went in my crotch and opened it wide hurt a little. I was sore a little down there but not to much but felt strange the rest of the day down there. 

I'm just wondering if my appointment was normal for a girl who has bladder problems. It was super embarrassing!
