When you're talking to someone and it seems like they're talking too fast. It's like they never end their sentences with a period or anything. When they're done, you're left with one question in your head: what the f@#$ did you say!? You know what I mean?

Urg, and when they seem to keep going on, and whenever you're about to say something about whatever it is they're talking about they immediately start up their monologue again. I want to throw something at some of these people.
