Syringomyelia is a disorder in which a cyst or tubular cavity forms within the spinal cord. This cyst, called a syrinx, expands and elongates over time, destroying the center of the spinal cord resulting in pain, weakness, and stiffness in the back, shoulders, arms, or legs.
I never had any problems with high blood pressure until I started having problems with pain associated with the SM.I mean one day I will be fine and the next when I am in a lot of pain my blood pressure is through the roof.Does anyone else have this or other heart related problems.If you do what if anything has yourr doctor wanted you to do about it?
I also suffer from migraines and when I get one of them my blood pressure is almost in the stroke range.
