Thanks so much for this post, Angel, and for introducing me to Mastin. I receive his daily emails now, and while I can't read them every day if I'm too busy, I love his words of encouragement. This is a great video, and it's so so true! Our attitudes effect our daily lives, and our present and our future. I sometimes tell myself that old saying... 'We can't control what happens to us, but we can control how we react to it.". I read where our life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we handle what happens. The older I get, the more I realize that is the truth.

I haven't been able to visit DS much the last few days. Been busy busy and I've had company at my house, but I miss you all and our enlightening discussions. Thanks again, dear Angel for this great post! As always, I enjoy the links you share! Love & Light, beautiful friend!

I just listenned to the message at the above link. The phrase what can I learn from this hit me . By going through the difficulties I'm going through now as a result of having split from multiple sociopathic like individuals and going NC, I remain free. But I also am learning what it is that others go through who have and will be going through the difficulties associated with having gone NC. Not because I have a masters in pathological Psychology , or whatever this is called........but because I went through it first hand/am going through it firsthand. One day I'll meet somebody going through something similar who will tell me about it and I can say," I know what you are talking about. I walked in your shows so I know firsthand the struggles you are going through well enough to relate to your feelings even if we had differrent difficulties as a result of going NC. That is what my present sufferrings I'm going through as a result of going NC is teaching me. It will be so COOL to be an inspiration to somebody else in the future, one day who has had to go NC. Because I was there ! Thanks for this message. :)
