I've been watching a lot of helpful YouTube videos explaining how to be vigilant and watch out for narcissists and toxic people. Sometimes they are so good at hiding and playing head games that you don't trust your gut feeling about them.


Since watching some help videos, I have identified many narcissists in my life, both in past and present. I have gotten some closure and some powerful tools.


In particular, I have found that I work with one, but now she isn't so hard to deal with because she also isn't very intelligent. However, she still somehow manages to cause chaos on a daily basis because she is so good at starting drama and arguments then pointing fingers. Right now all the minions in denial are taking her side because another chick called her out for something she did. They think the other chick should apologize.


Wtf, when are people going to wake up and realize there are people out there who just use and manipulate others for amusement? They aren't good people. And the people who stand by and let it happen are just as bad.

You are learning to spot the narcissists in our lives. Some of them are excellent at what they do. I was married to one for 33 years. I'm not stupid, I paid attention to what was going on around me. He was just that good. He was home on time every night. We never went anywhere because he was always tired. His check matched the hours he worked. Not knowing that he made friends in payroll who made sure his checks were the right amount. Yes, he did his cheating during the day when he was supposed to be at work.

I had value to him because I bought and sold our houses and vehicles. I scheduled our moves and took care of three retirement accts. All the while I was taking care of our daughter, a veggie garden and the horses on acreage that we bought. I felt something was wrong but he never went anywhere.

It took many years for him to get careless and I found all the things he was into. I ran straight for a divorce. I'm more aware about who I let into my life.

I haven't heard a peep from him in 12 years and I like the life I have made for myself. I feel for the new wife because she didn't have a clue what he is. She is smart and has goals and will catch up with him eventually.

Make your new life what you want it to be. Live that life to the fullest.
