right now, you have to focus on YOU. Try to create tiny goals for every day and be it, just a 1/2 hour walk in the sunshine.
Try to eat well (that's where you have to start: to get your body strong and healthy again...that will give you the strength to do, what you have to do!). EXERCISE!

Pendra, I'm beginning to realize more and more that our physical wellbeing and our emotional health are so closely linked. When we have such difficult physical health issues, it effects us emotionally and spiritually. And when we've been emotionally abused and stressed out for so long, it effects our physical health. It becomes a vicious cycle.
I'm going to have to become more conscientious about my physical health. I'm much better than I was a few months ago, but I want to get better and better. We can do this Pendra! We'll lean on each other when we are tired and weak. We will do this! :)
