Is it normal to doubt your goals and life etc. after a loved one dies?  I feel like I have no idea what I want or what I should be doing anymore.  I feel lost and alone and scared and sad.

I'm on year number three without my beloved husband. Yes. You will redefine yourself and move forward.

Thank you, Darla! This whole self-doubt is new to me. I never would have thought it would happen because someone died. My identity was never linked to my dad before, so I don't know why it is now that he is gone. But I'm trying to work through it.
