None of this really surprises me. I grew up sheltered, but my ex liked to drink. Late at night, as the only sober one, I've heard lots of things. Enough to know that there's a deep current of bigotry in the state.
My children are growing up in a mixed race/ culture school district. So far they don't see it, but I'm not fooled...it's still there.
I don't know if this lawyer is corrupt also, although I largely doubt it. It's sad, but it's the prosecutors and judges that abuse there power that deserve to be on lists for life and have long jail terms....I really can't see it happening...but it would be a small step towards justice...

(Oh and I don't think that this is "political". Or put another way, I'm fairly certain that there's another pot of crap out there with the Democrat's name on it...)

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.
