Some of you wanted to hear about my moms appointment I guess there is something going on with stones or something or another she had her gallbladder removed about 5 years ago and they are saying there is inflammation around the viaducts and there is some stones I guess, I don't really understand it I didn't think there could be stones if the gallbladder was removed but she is going to see a surgeon next week. At least its not medication thats causing it she was worried that she was going to have to stop some of her meds but all is good there.Sorry if it sounds confusing I am kinda confused myself lol.

I guess that if there was some residual tissue left in the area when the gall bladder was removed that there might have been a place for one of more to reform - bit like tonsils when there is a remnant left you can develop tonsillitis.
Glad it is not the medication and hope that the surgeon can remove the problem quick smart and your mum can recover quickly.

I don't know about stones after a GB removal...however; I am glad that there is not something more serious going on.
