I can only imagine your pain and anger at this. Seeing your son and his wife work so hard and having this happen is deplorable. Did the police find out who did it?
I pray for your family and that somehow peace will come to you and them. I am just so sorry this happened.
Hugs......
Many blessings to all,
Toni
My son has such a calm attitude about what happened. He said...over and over...that it was a blessing that it happened during the night so no one was hurt. He's an amazing young man. He was also pleased that his youngest brother had done his job properly and cleaned the glass counter with Windex at the end of the day. They were able to lift a couple partial prints from it.
My body hurts so horribly this morning.
Please be careful were you live being observant is the first step and you have that covered.
N worries, Minnie. These crook had obviously been in during he day to scope things out. They knew just where to find what they were after and the police are sure the guns ended up in another state...traded for drugs. They weren't after people...just the firearms. If they come in during the day, they might have had a surprise as all my boys carry protection at all times.
I think the whole violation of the crime is what really has me fred up. They work so hard and don't deserve this!
You did not tell me anything about this, I am sure to save me from the stress but that was wrong. You are my dear friend and this concerns your family. I am so very sorry this has happened to your son's...I can only imagine how you are feeling right now! I don't understand the violence in our world either, it makes little sense to me. The only thing I have in my life to compare is growing up in my family of origin. It was a world of violence. The thing I learned from my experience is that you can't allow yourself to become embittered by the experience because then the violence wins and the cycle of violence continues.
Please give your sons big hugs for me, I feel like a honorary Aunt. And tell them I am so sorry this had happened to them. I really hope whoever is responsible is brought to justice.
Send you big hugs and lots of love, Cathy
