I've been feeling like checking out for most of the day. My neck and shoulder pain is so severe that it's going down my whole right side, across my upper back and spasming into my ear.

Our family get together was chaotic because my Aunt who now hosts the dinner but does little of the work, was bitchy and whiney...generally frantic about everything. Thank God I had my boys and Grandchildren.

As soon as I could leave politiely, I came straight home, rebooted my useless meds and rested. Didn't help a bit. I'm going to have to shut down early tonight.

I hope your tummies are full and your hearts are joyful..
