My doctor has suggested cut them in half so if your Reg dose is 3 per day, try cutting one in half and take the half dose instead of whole.
You would be taking 2 and 1/2 per day instead of 3 to taper off.

Girl I am right there with u ..I have been on for 8 years and am down to a quarter a day...I would say don't make anything drastic. SLOWLY move your dose down...

I’ve been on them for ten, I’ve had 2 kids while taking the medication and my life is great otherwise.... I just am so crazy afraid of withdrawing.
