I am excided I have finished my book.  I am a 20 plus year survivor here! I have found some great people in groups here although I see a lot of postings are people that have just been diagnosed with H.S. I am still feeling myself change because of this disease twenty three years later, I still deal with breaktouts and the hard part now seems to be the stress that comes along with it, the sleepless nights and light sensitivity. I hope people find my book informative.
