Spina bifida describes birth defects caused by an incomplete closure of one or more vertebral arches of the spine, resulting in malformations of the spinal cord. The spinal membranes and spinal cord may protrude through the absence of vertebral arches (called clefts).
Hello I am 26M who has tried to find someone who has Spinabifida like me. It’s difficult to find someone with similar disabilities. I don’t use a Mace like others do and I don’t use catheters like I should... Instead I use adult diapers. I use a wheelchair to get around and I am obese but working on it. Come get to know me :)

Constant leaker (adult diaper).
Tried cath but no go for me.
I'm overweight... not super crazy but need to lose lbs.
Would you be interested in a fun weight loss challenge of sorts?
Kinda like motivation for each other...
We could do like a weekly goal and see how we did. Or monthly goal if that works better.
