Emotional Rollercoaster

It's been a fun time around here. The latest and probably biggest is that DH and his new lady love (may call her LL) have decided to report me for emotionally abusing Kidlet. Not sure what's going to happen yet or how far the complaint will go. They may just take it to his councellor but they make a full complaint. I am not worried but I am damned angry and hurt. I know that DH isn't behind it but he is pursuing it and after all of our time together I can't believe he is doing this. The few people who know about it are livid but it's just something I will have to deal with. I almost hope they make a full complaint and we get a full investigation of each home. Time will tell. I find this is steeling all of my energy and has put me in quite a funk.

I hope everyone else is doing OK. The sun is shining here and I get to go camping again with the Cubs this weekend. I almost hope it rains so I can try out my new rain gear :)

Oh wow Muffin Lou..... that is an ugly thing to have to deal with.....geez! You mean to tell me that DH isn't behind it??? Does that mean that "lady love" is the one behind this??? That is messed up!!! The way that you have dealt with the whole thing... I find very credible! You have dealt with the situations in a very mature way concerning Kidlet, with all of his best interests in mind - for crying out loud you have helped him make gifts for the both of them, etc. etc. etc. ..... Everything that you do pretty much revolves around what is best for Kidlet! People never cease to amaze me! In fact my latest favorite saying here lately has been " See, more smart people doing stupid things!" ( Well, people are supposed to be smarter than animals, you know...!) ... Hell, animals behave better than a lot of folks I have had to deal with lately!!! Hang in there Muffin, Im sure it will fall into place as it should!!

Muffin, sorry to hear this, but I can't believe that "emotional abuse" is easy to prove. Figure this is just an attempt to get you, for whatever reason. Hang tight. and Stay Strong!

Snap, animals do behave better than humans! With the exception, maybe, of sharks and huge snakes.... (which also describes a lot of people).

Thanks ladies. Snap, his lady love is behind this one. I'm not sure her motive but she completely undermined me with my kid. It all stemmed from a punishment that I gave Kidlet. I stand behind the punishment and it proved to be a very positive experience for my kid. Now I have to wait and see what they're going to do. I booked a councelling session for DH and I to sort this one out. It will be our last session. I need to figure out how to move passed the negativity in my life and to stop it from affecting me the way it is.
