Do you qualify for food stamps or other government assistance programs ? The reason I ask is because usually if you don't qualify for other governemet assistance programs, you aren;t going to qualify on financial for SSI. SSI is also based on SSA criteria for disablity., But, if you don't meet the financial criteria, they don't process the medical.
