Hi everyone-I have a question. Right now, I am getting unemployment because I lost my job in May of 2008. I have breast cancer (in remission), lupus, fibromyalgia, and DDD. People tell me I should apply for SSDI. But from what I have heard, it doesn't pay hardly anything. The most of my unemployment check goes to pay COBRA because I can't let my coverage lapse. My question is, how can anyone survive and pay their bills, etc. on the little bit that disability gives you. I think I would lose my house, because I already have so many overdue bills. So if there is anyone who is on their own, and surviving this type of problem, can you let me know how you do it? Thanks and God Bless

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
