Hi. I wanted to reach out to you and tell you that I just LOVE rabbits too! I have an all black one and a black and white dwarf. They are so great and so comforting! I also want to share with you a book that helped me so much with my anxiety in social situations. Its called Don't Call Me Shy by Laurie Adelman and I got it from the publisher at www.langmarc.com. from this amazing book I learned how my way of thinking about myself kept me anxious and shy.The book had a method that helped me become my own best friend and I learned how to parent myself in a way by giving myself positive encouragement. Now I am much more comfortably able to reach out to others than I ever thought was possible for me. I wanted to recommend this book that helped me change my life so much so that you could benefit too!
i think you should try to find that book and read it. a book that helped me a ton was dr deepak chopra's book "unconditional life; mastering the forces that shape personal reality". it tells a ton of stories about people and through there stories he sheds light on struggles people have. basically he is talking about how meditation can end needless suffering and feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, anxiety..etc
well, good luck tomorrow and i know you can do it. you did your job for 10 years. you can definitely do this. bye bye chiari
