I hate people knowing when I’m not ok. All my life I’ve tried very hard to make myself appear ok on the outside, even if my worries are crushing me on the inside.
I do know this is not a healthy way to live and little by little I am trying to be more open and honest about how I’m feeling.
However if someone discovers that I’m actually not ok, and it’s now beyond my control to try and hide it anymore, I feel like I’m under a magnifying glass, or being trapped in a corner.

Sorry if I’m not explaining this all that well, I just hate this feeling of being vulnerable in front of other people.
Can anyone else relate to these feelings?
