Nature can be very magical this time of year
I dunno if it's inspirational, but it's a real life photo gallery of a day I only need one anxiety PRN to get through, which is freaking *epic*, IMHO.

BTW, I found this inspirational just on principle. A beautiful day, people walking for a common cause.... It was really nice!
A really feel good moment for me too! Thanks you so much for sharing
In the office, I have a sign posted to remove shoes (big trigger) and provide slippers, everyone does it with no questions asked. The driver of the patient never does, I have asked her a few times and she grumpy does it. This time she began to yell at me, seriously. I checked out and was so upset. I then thought...enough of this, I have a full practice (Osteopath) and I do not need this crap and abuse. I called the patient and gave her a name of another osteopath closer to her home and said I felt it was best to continue with her
I felt relieved after, but nervous, like the floor or ground was going to give out. Very insecure and I recognizes that I am not used to standing up for myself and it is new. I know find today I am so very happy I did it as I have a full practice of great people and I need to stop the narcissist coming as they trigger me
In the end, the patient will get better care from the other osteopath that does not have PTSD, so it is a win win a
