I wish you the best and sending positive thoughts and prayers your way. Being tired, debilitatingly tired really stinks.
Fatigue is a huge problem for me too. I don't have any kind of anemia. I try to really guard my sleep (in bed by 8:30, lights out at 9. No phone calls after 8) and make room for down time after work. I'm on plaquenil as well and noticed a small improvement. I also get acupuncture and I find that it helps a lot. I have someone who comes in and cleans for me, and my family has to pitch in more with cooking etc. I've changed my diet and my friends have to understand when I cancel evening and weekend plans. As a result I have lost some friends, but I place my health first. Its kind of a constant juggling act, and some days I feel like I'm winning and other days...not so much In short, my life is completely different than it used to be! I hope you find the answers you are looking for. Hang in there...
Stay positive..
Terry
