YES!!!!!! I am still working some so have to go outside. In the summer (Alabama) the temperature can ready the high 90's and heat index can be 105 degrees. I've notice for the last few summers that when it's this hot I feel really bad, my body doesn't cool down enough to sleep well, and it's harder to breathe. I keep my air conditioner thermostat set on about 68-68 degrees and use the AC up to 10 months per year. Thermostat for heat is set at 60, so it has to hit 59 in my house before it comes on. If I have friends over, which isn't often, I adjust the thermostats for them, and I sweat horribly.

I am having the opposite problem! I have always been one to keep the heat low and the air up as I get warm. For the last year i am cold all the time. I do have to watch how long I sit in the sun because I do get overheated quicker since I am now not sweating as much. We just came back from vacation where it was 85 and it was the best week I have had for a long time.

I'm really sensitive to heat and live in Florida. I get really sick to my stomach and feel light headed. Hate the summer for this and the winter because I ache so bad when it gets cold. LOL we can't win.

can't stand the cold, either. any temperature change and i have to change nightgowns, sweater, the whole megillah. super sensitive, a live barometer. rain coming and my bones start drumming. funny that i live in a town with the best weather in the country.

Just the thought of Michigan cold makes my body ache!
Now that I know that it's a symptom of SS I understand why my body reacts to the heat and the cold. Any extreme and it's like an electric streak through my spine.
I'm in Texas so the heat really got me this summer. We usually have beautiful autumns but this one has been really wet. We had sun for just a few hours yesterday. I can feel the next cold front in my bones already. Ouch.
Michigan offers a breath taking fall foliage show though. I would tolerate the cold for a day or 2 just to see it!

I have a teenager w/ss she has problems w/hot and cold... she is freezing lately...but suddenly she can be hot....
(it's almost like menopause)
she is in so much pain w/cold rainy weather...

I seem to be hot all the time. I live in southern California. I'm very sensitive to the heat and sweat easily. I look forward to cooler weather, although I can't say I would look forward to the cooler weather of some of you that live in the cold snowy states.

I am more senstive to cold and hot temperatures. I'm in TX as well and welcoming the weather lately, just right in the mid to high 70s. We should get a cool front this weekend, and I'm starting the old rusty fireplace up.
