Yes, I have this too. It's from the edema, peripheral neuropathy, and vascular damage. There may be some other reasons too, but you're on the right track. I've seen others who have the same thing, for the same reasons I listed. I wish there was a way of it going away, but I'm afraid there here to stay. I hope this was helpful...Take care. :)
