I went to the dentist for a serious tooth problem and asked him about my dry mouth. He asked a few more questions and told me that I need to get to my primary care doctor soon and find out if this is Sjogren's. He is pretty sure it is. My question: Do Sjogren Symptoms come and go, getting worse and the better and then worse again? And the fatigue, awful. Is that what others experience?
