Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in which immune cells attack and destroy the exocrine glands that produce tears and saliva. It also associated with rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, and it is rheumatoid factor positive in 90 percent of cases.
I had a medication review with a pharmacist who came to my home. She went through everything I take including supplements.She told me not to take ibuprofen as I am on methotrexate & ibuprofen increases the action of methotrexate.
She suggested trying meds with codeine for pain. Codeine can cause constipation so you have to allow for that. Thought this might help some people.
