I can sleep standing up.
But just feeling off that is normal SjS stuff. Flares for me are very much noticeable. My lungs act up , my joints will get sore , tired , memory gets more affected. Very lethargic....
They usually last a couple to three days then I feel good and don't sleep as well and almost normal.
Lately my Raynaud's has almost completely subsided no cold hands or arms even my feet are fine.
With a flare my nerves feel frayed also.
I walk everyday this keeps my swelling down and lung capacity up. Plus my dogs make me. RA is my biggest fear. Plaquenil absolutely helps as long as you are consistent. 200-400mgs every day........
Flares my parotid glands will swell and even get cramps in them if I drink or eat something tart. They spasm. My teeth will hurt....
Weird symptoms daily are not flares just part of being a SjS person.
I guess everyone is different ....and has a differing opinion on what a flare is which is understandable. For me the pollen has made worse and I'm not alergic its just a huge bloom this year everything is coated in pollen here. That makes me cough even.
