Yes both pins and needles and are you talking about what I call and electrical sensation that go up and down your fingers legs or whatever limb is affected.I have both I have Restless Leg as well as other things.My doctors don't think it restless leg or even neurological at this point.They say even GI problem can cause this.

Hey, I have restless leg syndrome. I was taking Klonopin for this, but my new primary said long term use can lead to personality changes so she put me on Mirapex. When I first started this, I noticed a huge increase in the symptoms you describe. They are not as bad now, but I do still get them in my legs. Also, my right pinkie finger has started quivering.

I was sent to a neurologist and I have Peripheral neuorpathy. More pills to add to the ton of pills I already take!! Thanks for all the replys!! I still can't believe all of the stuff Sjogren's can give you!! What next!!

Yes, yes, yesssss...that was one of my worse symptoms. I had multiple MRI's, chiro dr, neurologist said compression in my elbow region (Cubital tunnel syndrome) either from work, or Sjogrens.
Rhem. Dr said inflammation and Peripheral neuropathy is one of the side effects..My Left arm hurts so bad, fingers go completely numb (especially ring and pinky) now my entire arm-arms go numb. I had surgery in October (to move the ulnar nerve) cubitial decompression..at first decreased the symptoms, so I was singing *yayyy* but now I am still symptomatic.
My NSAIDS do help , and an elbow brace sleeping helps kinda too.

Mega-tingling in the hands is also a severe toxic reaction from Macrobid along with elevated liver enzymes. It took awhile to catch on when this hit last year because I already had peripheral neuropathy. Once I discontinued the Macrobid, the symptoms went away.

I know we all hate to take anything else if we don't absolutely have to do it, but meds for peripheral neuropathy really did improve my quality of life by taming the burning and tingling and calming the electrical zaps. My rheumy gave me a second generation gabapentine which also helped with Fibromyalgia pain.

I get this all the time. My neuro and rheum. has not put me on anything yet. I take so much all ready. I don't want to add anything else until I have too.
