Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in which immune cells attack and destroy the exocrine glands that produce tears and saliva. It also associated with rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, and it is rheumatoid factor positive in 90 percent of cases.
If its hereditary , location shouldn't matter unless a higher percentage of people who carry the gene live in a certain area or ethic grouping.
They don't know what causes it yet .... I'm sure its more related to our age groups too. Mostly women get it -35-45 yrs old.....so if there is a high concentration of women 35-45 ...more will have it.
I'd say until they know with surety how it manifests we won't know. If a cause is found we will learn a ton and probably how to prevent it at some level.
As far as my bones and achy and my fatigue not really sure if any climate would matter. What effects me is high pressure and low pressure hard to avoid that.
Big pressure changes really make me hurt.
I am going to the caribbean in a couple weeks right on the ocean , I am so excited , but am dreading the airplane ride. I'm so looking forward to warm weather....
