We're about to move too and the idea of packing up this house is inconceivable to me. My husband is going to have to do most of it himself. We've moved so many times and this is the first time I'm not able to do a lot.
Fatigue passes when it passes. For me, there's no rhyme or reason. I can sleep through the night and wake up feeling like crap. And some days I can get a few hours of rest and feel relatively normal. It's the ebb and flow of disease activity.
What I can advise you to do is to listen to your body. If you're blessed enough that your husband can do most of it, don't feel bad or useless, take the opportunity to do what you can and rest. I'm sure if the roles were reversed, you'd do the same for him. :)
I do have fatigue and flare and horrible pain when I took folic acid and fish oil and when I stop taking them I feel much more better so my advice to u is to stop them for awhile and try to drink a lot of fresh juices as apple and kiwi and eat 3 dates in morning and small piece of ginger daily that really helped me better than vitamins cause that also caused me flares, try to be more vegetarian and stop eating meat and eggs and milk
I hope that helped u, take care
