Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in which immune cells attack and destroy the exocrine glands that produce tears and saliva. It also associated with rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, and it is rheumatoid factor positive in 90 percent of cases.
Three weeks you should notice some improvement probably minor.
This stuff needs time to calm your system down. Just don't expect miracles but gradual improvements......mine took me 6 weeks or so then about 6 months most everything had calmed down. You still get flares and bad days but inflammation will be much calmer.
Have your blood work done at about 6 months it will show the differences.
