I have never heard of acupuncture for dry eye or mouth but who knows maybe it will work. Please let us know if you try it and how it works for you I would be interested in knowing.

I don't know if I will try it. It depends on cost and would health insurance pay for any of it. They say it helps alleviate the symptoms. That's what it's all about! I will let you know.

I don't know if it would help with the dry eye or mouth, but my rheum. does acupuncture for the joint pain and swelling. I haven't had it don't yet, but she said when ever i'm ready she would do acupuncture. I'll ask her the next time I see her in March.

I did acupuncture 2 years ago. It was relaxing but didn't really help anything I sought it for. It is not covered by most insurance and here it cost about $85. per session. I went 5 times.... a lot of money!

I didn't try acupuncture. But I did wet cupping for almost 2 years now and that helped me a lot to release the pain and the swelling and I really love it but u need an expert as doctor to do it for u , it doesn't take ur disease away but it release it so I do it every one month.

Has anyone had a luck with dry eyes/mouth using the drug, Salagen? My Rheum doctor wants me to try this. She feels it will help dry eyes as well as dry mouth.
