Glad that you are going to be with your husband. I volunteer in a hospital and regularly talk with people who have seen too many birthdays. Medical technology has made some great strides over the past 40 years. Things are regularly repaired or replaced now. You may have already done so but, google to find out everything you can about the procedure and medications. that way when you see the doctor, you will be an intelligent consumer. ou will come up with questions that would not have occurred to you otherwise. They have scheduled the operation for tomorrow morning. I felt very faint yesterday when the doctor was talking about medical condition of husband. Happened again later. It was my anxiety. I really don't need an anxiety disorder at a time like this. Normal anxiety and concern for my husband getting open heart surgery is enough.
