Hi, I just got diagnosed with shingles yesterday. Fortunately, it's contained to the right upper half of my face and my scalp.

I've started taking Valtrex, I put in eye drops and I've been taking Advil for the persistent headaches.

But I have to other issues I'd like help with

Sunlight senstivity - I can't wear sunglasses everywhere, what do you do?

Sleep - My sleep has been awful for the past week. Any tips?
