I am in the third month with shingles.  Taking Gabapentin and Tramodol.  Simply cannot sleep longer than 2 hours.  Gabapentin helps but not for long.  Shingle in lower left back and sensitivity has moved to stomach area.  Still very painful.  Extreme low energy and loss of appetite.

I use heating pad and don't know what else to do.  Cannot walk my dog longer than 5 minutes without needing to sit down.  Very depressed.  No appetite. 

Any suggestions/help would be most appreciated.
