I joined way back after this group formed, I had been suffering from PTSD, and was not able to really craft much with such disinterest and shaky hands.
I have improved been off my med for several months and am feeling like the old me
I would love to get active now if you all don't mind.
I crochet, knit had tatted and painted a little,
I sew not much lately but anxious to get back.
I have a simple blue baby blanket on the needles for a soon to come baby great nephew,
I have a crochet container on the go and a crochet market bag. as well as some WIPS from 5 years ago.
I volunteer at the local Salvation Army Thriftstore a couple days a week.
So if you dont mind I will drop by occasionally

today I made clothes for some poor wee naked babies, now the little mommies can have nice looking dollies to take home.
I want to try my hand at a canvas, I use to paint on what ever I could find so many of my friends have been stuck with my dabbles on stones, coffee pots and such.
