Sexless Marriage Community Group
This group is for those people who find themselves married to a partner who has little or no interest in having a sexual relationship. This can be very painful for the other partner and leave them feeling rejected, unloved and unwanted. This is a group to provide support for this very painful and very private issue.
It occurred to me as typing this to another in this same horrible boat, that we ALL need to hear some words of comfort and hope. In this group there are many (different ages, both women AND men) and there may be some different issues our spouses or SOs deal with that brought us here. ..
Reality is WE ARE still warm , caring people, still attractive (even with hips and curves, an extra line or two, or a receding hairline). still intelligent enough to be reminded this is truth and not those hurtful words or withholding of any physical touch that has beaten us down to believing we are not worth it anymore. Fact is, deep down I do believe we all have this deep hunger to be accepted , touched, loved and understood. ( Some have even given up and hidden behind some extra pounds and use this as an excuse to hide.)
It is time for us to embrace that little part buried deep within (kind of like the "whos" down in "Whoville" ) We need to remember we are human and all have wants, needs and desires. Here's to the day we do each find our way to another who does want and feels the same.

I followed this group for awhile before getting up the courage to post several months ago. Then nothing. Not a single response. Not only do I feel rejected by my wife, but also by this group.
You’re right, all of our circumstances are different, but we’ve all been hurt by the person we love the most. And none of us deserve that.
