If she won't, then where do you find it?

Obviously, my needs are not being met. She says that she is tired with my needing attention like a little child. She says she gave birth to two children who constantly need her attention. Now she has a 51 year old child who wants her attention. I find it interesting that when the kids are in need of her attention she is too busy on her phone or tablet and can't be othered. Even when she spends time with her kids, she always has to have a device in her hand.


So, obviously, I am not going to get what I need at home, where and how does one take the leap for an affair?

I don't know, but I have the same arguments with my wife about the devices. That's why I have wondered about the possibility of an affair that she might be having, but I can't find any evidence. To answer your question, I guess it's just up to you. Good luck to you on a problem that just really sucks.

Have you thought of a separation or divorce? Or are you trying to stay because of the kids? It seems that YOU do have a right to at least be heard and possibly have your needs be met without being made to feel guilty or have to try to take care of it on the side.

For us the anger and resentment did continue to build . He is oblivious and says he doesn't hold a grudge. For me, I grow more annoyed and want to smack his balding head almost every day :(

Has anyone come up with a solution on this? For me the anger and resentment is still there. He is fighting the idea of divorce and knows me well enough to know I won't be with another man while we are still together..
But this is killing me.
