I feel that I’m dying a little bit each day.

Hi All,



I have been married for 27 years, and love my wife very much. Everything was great till she turned 47, and lost her libido. The sex started dropping off fast, I talk to her about it, and she talk to her doctor which informed her that any treatment for no libido would be to dangerous in her opinion. So, now it been almost 20 years with sex once or twice a year, she is not there for me, and of course I talk to my doctor to see if I could shut my libido off, but my it’s too strong. I wanted to die 10 years ago, but she talked me out of it. I just don’t know what to do anymore.

i feel your pain! wife been sexless here for almost 14 years and feels nothing is wrong. we talked to DR and they all say she still has an obligation to take care of my need some how and chooses not too. i have cheated cause i just couldn't take NOT being touched anymore , i needed to be touched by a woman. ended up having an affair with another married woman in same boat as me and lasted for 6 years till we both were falling in love with each other and what we both missed. she had kids and so did i and didn't want to leave our kids. we called it off but there isn't a day that goes by where i think of her and what we both wanted.
since then, i keep busy with work and kids sports and have had things here and there but have to or i would go crazy, i need that touch, even just that kiss, i so miss kissing my wife but she thinks that is gross now and tells me to stop. she has NO CLUE what she is doing to this marriage and kids
